  • "Jessie and I have been volunteers for Coastal German Shepherd rescue for over five years. She is excellent at handling and training dogs. She transports the rescue dogs to the adoption events and tells people about them. She has also watched my three dogs at my house staying overnight when I am out of town. I've also asked her to just walk my dogs when I couldn't. She has taken them to the park and let them run on long leashes plus has walked them around the neighborhood. She makes videos and take photos of my babies so I can see that they are well cared for when I'm not there. I would definitely recommend Jessie to walk your dogs and dog sit in your home. She now travels to our home in Northern California to care for our home and two dogs.   • "We found Walk'n Wag'n pets online and decided to send Jessie an email. She was very quick to reply and we scheduled up a time to meet so we could get an idea of who she was, and how our dogs would do with her. My husband and I met with her in person, she came to our home, our dogs LOVED her. We have two pit bull-German shepherd mixes and they can be very hyper and loud. (We've had dog sitters come and decide that they can't handle our strong dogs so they end up backing out last minute). As soon as we met Jessie we knew she was the right fit. She was super friendly and kind. She even gave us a few tips and tricks we could use. We hired her for over nights for about 4 days as well as mid-day potty breaks. She sent us photographs each day, along with a little update which totally helped ease my paranoia when it came to leaving our dogs with someone new. We've had past experiences from other people/companies where the dog walkers never showed up so trusting someone new was especially hard for me. We're so blessed to have found Walk'n Wag'n Pets. It's been so hard to find a reliable dog sitter and we're SO grateful for Jessie. If you're looking for someone to watch your fur-kids, definitely go with Walk'n Wag'n Pets.   • "It's been over 5 years and 1 new puppy later and we still use Walk'n Wag'n 6 times a week for our 3 dogs. In addition to Jessie and Janice, we have worked with Tracy and Sarah who our puppers (and neighbors) also love. One of our senior guys is now on hospice and everyone has been so good to him and extra gentle. He brightens up when he sees them, it's really comforting to watch.   • "My family and I had a last minute vacation out of town and were really stressed about the care of our dogs while we would be away. We were reluctant to use a pet sitter, as we had never done so before, however, there were no family our friends available to check on our dogs. After finding their classified ad on the Nextdoor website, we decided to give them a shot. Jessie was extremely professional and courteous, and provide immediate responses to my inquiries and questions. She informed me that Janice would be caring for my dogs while we were away. We set up an initial meet so that my pups could get to know Janice. They weren't all on their best behavior, but she didn't seem to mind. I could see that she was a true dog lover. While we were away, Janice sent daily updates which really put myself and my family at ease. My dogs looked very comfortable and happy on their walks. We came home to find them well fed and watered. As for their price, it is extremely reasonable. For my three dogs, there was a flat rate for each visit. Having had such a pleasant experience, I look forward to using them again for our pet sitting needs."

She'd run and pull and fight the leash, and she had a terrible habit of laying down whenever another dog was in the area - even if we were trying to cross the street! Jessie came to the rescue, and trained Molly first, then me - we've had wonderful walks ever since.
